Our Concept
​
"Chez l'Habitant"is wellknown concept in the world of travel including treks in the countryside or in the mountains. Travelers stop at a local resident for a tea, a shared meal or for the night .
Our house is in this same sense that the house is a real house, held in a rustic style with a unique decor and furniture in mind sought Moroccan soil.
On the other hand , the products used in the restaurant are from local productions and crops (vegetables , fruits, milk, farmer eggs etc. . )

This leads to a new and constructive dynamic for the region. Passages at " Chez l''Habitant" have the effect of helping some families working directly or indirectly for the house.
